Grubby is a bit of a miracle baby, he was born a twin and arrived on a night where temps where around 0. His twin brother passed away before birth but this little fighter wasn't giving up. His first 24 hours where rough, he maybe weighed 45lbs, he was kept wrapped in a heated blanket and fed with a syringe all night long as he wasn't strong enough to stand. By morning he was standing with some help and started learning to nurse. Every hour I helped him stand and nurse and he started getting stronger. By the time he was 24 hours old he was standing and nursing on his own and starting to play.

 

Grubby has grown like crazy and turned into one gorgeous, head turning colt!
